Data Access Worldwide specializes in creating advanced tools for developing database independent business application software. Professional application developers and corporate IT departments that use our tools have delivered Visual DataFlex Windows and Web applications and character mode DataFlex applications to over 450,000 customers in manufacturing, financial services, accounting, distribution, health care, insurance, agriculture, food service, transportation, hospitality and government industry sectors.

In addition to developing software tools, we are expert users of our tools as well. Professional Services Groups in Miami, USA, Hengelo, The Netherlands and Sao Paulo, Brazil provide design assistance, consulting and training to help commercial application developers maintain competitiveness in their chosen markets. We also provide services and professional staff resources to large and small enterprises for project planning, specialized component development, design advice and the development of complete business solutions.

Data Access Worldwide's software development teams are based in Miami, Florida U.S.A. and Hengelo, The Netherlands. The Miami headquarters also markets and supports the company's products in North America (Canada, Mexico and the U.S.)

Data Access Worldwide is the trade name under which Data Access Corporation and its international subsidiaries operate. Asia Pacific Operations
Data Access Asia Pacific (DAAP) was launched on January 15, 2002. The operation, located in Melbourne, Australia, serves customers in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific including Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.

Tom Aczel, formerly CEO of FlexTools, now serves as the Regional Manager, Asia Pacific Operations for the business unit. FlexTools was previously the exclusive distributor of Data Access Worldwide's software products in Australia and New Zealand.

Program anomalies will be addressed at no charge and updaters posted on our web site. Evaluation and other support issues will be subject to a A$33.00 per incident fee.
